What is the minimum quantity for custom night lights?

Between 2,000 and 5,000 parts depending on the style.

What does it cost for custom night lights?

Every job is different and is priced according to the style of night light, quantity of night lights and difficulty of manufacturing of the night light. Call the factory to discuss your custom job.

Are there custom tooling costs, and how much does it cost?

Different styles of night lights have different tooling prices. Injection molding tooling can cost between $2,500. and $3,500. and up. Also if the parts are 3-D, there is a modeling cost dependent upon the difficulty of the modeling (most 3-D modeling costs $400. to $750. and up) These prices can be higher if the custom night light job is very difficult – that is why you need to call the factory to discuss each job.

What is the delivery time?

Depending on the style and quantity of the custom night lights, we manufacture at either our California factory or at our factory in China. Delivery from our California factory is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery from our China factory is approximately 90 to 120 days from order to delivery, but some times we can deliver in as short as 60 days if we bring parts in by air and we have a rush charge. (As delivery times can change depending on the season and the number of custom jobs in the factory, you need to call the factory to discuss each job's delivery time.)

What do I need to get a quote?

Just call or fax the factory and give us an idea of what you are looking for. If you do not have a design, we will work one up for you and get back to you with a custom quote within a few days.

I am still confused – what should I do?

Custom night lights can be difficult to understand as there are so many different styles and types. Just call the factory and we will help you come up with the perfect custom night light to present to your customer based on their needs.
